How To Make Maintenance Blog

After walking out on a hilltop Merapi,, want to taste mosting seusatu, this time I'll give a little tutorial blog How to Make Maintenance. 
er: just take it this is not a notice that the blog is experiencing Site Down for Maintenance, but just sharing how to create a blog with a look as if experiencing Site Down  (blog maintanance).
These are just tricks of CSS with the addition of the images. Please follow the following tutorial : 

1. Login to Blogger
2. Select Design>> Edit HTML>> check "Expand Widget Templates"
3. Put the code below the above code  ]]></b:skin>

Replace the blue with the URL of an image according to your wishes.
 

4. Save Template.
